The ingredients for this simple and delicious dressing are:
1/3 cup EV olive oil
3 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 tablespoon maple syrup
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
The entire portion of dressing can cover 8 cups of stemmed kale or greens.
