One day while perusing the aisles of Trader Joe’s, I spotted something new: baby cauliflower. These florets are tender, sweet, and delicious! I could not believe how flavorful they are.
To sauté gently, just add a tiny bit of coconut oil and butter is a sauté pan, pop the florets into the pan. Stir around until tender. Place a lid to ensure these heat through. Don’t over cook these. A minute or two is plenty. Sprinkle with sea salt and toasted almonds, and viola—a new take on cauliflower.
