Disaster in the Washer

Cognitive overload is a reality some days. About a month ago, I was loading the washing machine. I thought this was a meditative activity until I hefted the large liquid laundry soap to pour it into the small soap portal.

Oh man, did I pour! The weight of the soap container and my poor muscle coordination just let gravity take over. Soap went everywhere. The best I could do was shut the darn lid and turn on the washer and set it for a second rinse cycle. Oh well!

Of importance, I noticed that my husband had purchased laundry soap pods for the first time in our lives, and I felt such relief! Such a regular fix and so convenient. That is better than having to request help with the laundry soap a couple times a week.
