This third year of walking to raise money for MS research was fun. It is always learn about the new drugs on the market and find people to talk to about MS. My team of walkers was smaller this year, but it was hale and hearty. We did the three miles; in fact, we were the first to the half way point. The police served as crossing guards, and we have to chat them up. I didnt even get a speeding ticket!
We had a designated driver, Loc, who ensured we made it there on time and back home. He is an expert “UBER” driver, and he even served as the paparazzi for us. His phone photo stick was the marvel of us all. Vy kept us buoyed with laugher and updates. Bo, always happy and joking, was warming up for her badmitton match. Robyn and I got caught up on the g-kids. Mark and Al were in sync talking machinery and car parts. This time together is more than a fund raiser. It is a time for sharing in each others’ lives. I so appreciate you all!
