Orange is the Season

Fall is all about dark beverages, hay bales, pumpkins, falling leaves, squash in a variety of shapes and sizes, football, and long, orange school buses. I love the season because I can control how I feel and function in the temps from 50 to 65 much better than any other season. This is a shared condition of MSers. We do best in the coolest of times.

There is joy in being able to sweater up or sweater off and heading out for a brisk walk through the crunchy maple leaves. The hungry birds have returned to the feeders, and apples and plums abound. Yes, it is another transition, but when my body responds to my brain, I am happy and productive!
